Executive Administrator - Melville, NY
- Assist with administrative and communication duties
- Coordination and assistance for Japanese Nationals with their visa process, payroll and other administrative needs
- Generate and translate reports for top-level executives as needed
- Assist Japanese Nationals with language translation and administrative duties as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and recreational activities for Japanese Nationals
- Additional business support provided to Japanese Nationals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to speak read and write fluently in Japanese and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- B.A. is Business Management preferred
Minimum 2+ years office administration experience for an international organization
